Returns & Refund Policy

At JC Fashion Jewelry, we carefully inspect products before shipment. We accept refund requests only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the products ordered.

Refund Eligibility

You must contact us within 7 calendar days after the order is delivered if:

• The product has a quality defect.

• The product was damaged during shipping.

• You received the wrong product.

Please email in@jcfashionjewelry.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos or videos showing the product and the issue

• Photos of the shipping package if the product arrived damaged

We will review the information before approving the refund.

Refund Amount

For an approved claim, we will refund the purchase price of the affected product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for products that are not affected by the reported problem.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Returns

Customers should not return any product without contacting us and receiving approval first.

In most cases, confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of the product

• Ordering the wrong size, style, color, or quantity

• Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

Customized Products

Customized, personalized, and engraved products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the approved order specifications.
